Wish I could give 0 stars. Unprofessional doesn't even cut it. Doctor tells you to call with any questions and or concerns, you call and they never call you back. Then when you call them back they act like it's an inconvenience. I got smart with the lady because she Was being so rude and I am no longer allowed in the office. Glady I will never be back and I will ne sharing my experience with all of South park

They have canceled my appointments more than once and they have limited availability on when they can reschedule, yet they refuse to refill my prescription when I run out. There isn’t a customer focus at all.

The Dr. has medical assistants who speak Spanish and front desk staff are also fluent. He himself is not, and for all our patients who speak only spanish, he is accompanied by his medical assistant for the visit so there is no lack of communication. If you need anything else please call our office, we would be happy to answer your questions!
