There is no medical service provider better than Levine Hearing. From the friendly and courteous front desk, the professional care of Dr. Clark to an overall positive experience, as I said none better. It was a pleasure working with this group.

Had an appointment today with Josie. Very patient. She listened to my complaints and questions about "clarity." Also, my battery charger wasn't working right. Josie fixed "EVERYTHING." The entire staff was friendly and professional.

I would recommend this company if you have any problems with hearing loss or tinnitus ringing. My tinnitus has been ringing for over 5 months. So I stopped in.. Dr. Clark went over my chart and gave me information on hearing aids and tinnitus. After a week of wearing my new hearing aids, my tinnitus volume slowly decreased. Highly recommend!

Questions & Answers

Do you stock the plastic receiver locks (those little plastic things that hook on the receiver and hold them in the ear) for Phonak hearing aids, and if so how much for two? Thanks John Kilchenman

Hi John, Yes I have the Phonak "retention hooks". I'd be happy to put some on for you for free. Our hearing aid cleanings (even if purchased elsewhere) are no charge and when we see a minor part like that missing, I would just replace it at no charge. Please give the office a call at 704-540-3081 and we would be happy to help.

Does Levine hearing facility do the complete hearing test?

Kathy Finklea | Oct 15, 2020

Hi Kathy, yes, we do. That is a good question. Sometimes a provider will just do a "screening" which usually means they are using air conduction to test how well you can hear a "beep" at different frequencies. A complete test would also use bone conduction, and speech testing which verifies your ability to understand words. I am happy to go into more detail or answer any other questions you may have. -Madison (owner)
