Today I had my citizenship interview and since I entered the building all the officers were very nice, the person at the reception even gave me some advice about my final photos but the best of all was officer LINDAUER,D. He was so kind and very patient, he explained everything to me, it was very warm, God bless him 🙏

No, the building is by appointment only. You can make them online, or by phone. The best is to go online at midnight when the cancellations are put in, or before 8am on Mondays. If you have to travel for an emergency they will see you at 7:30am in the lobby.
It is self-funded so it will be open.
You can create an account for her on USCIS.gov and get updates from there. Send email via her account and they are very good and prompt with their feedback. Or you can call USCIS number ( i believe its a 800 number) and they will guide you from there. Also, pay attention to your mail box, they are very good with sending letters with the following steps or status of her case. Good luck!

You do need an appointment but you need to call USCIS customer service for help. Local office does not accept walk-ins.
It depends on the officer. Some are on the ball. Others need time to catch up. But if 4-6 weeks go by without you receiving your notice, call.

You can obtain an interpreter by calling an interpreter service. You can also bring a family member, but if they do anything other than interpret then you are liable and your citizenship could be on jeopardy.
I had the interview 5 December 2019, I attainted it with my wife, Now Denver field office send me a letter saying I did not appear for interview. This building is totally recorded. Does somebody know how to got the proof of it. Weired situation.?.
We had to book our appointments at 3 AM and a few were already booked. You have to book it extremely early or you won’t ever get an appointment.
