I'm in Germantown , I want to buy a car from a private party in Virginia with the condition that it will pass Md. Inspection. Can a Md. inspection be done on an out of State car. What's the cost , How long is the document valid. Thanks, Bob

Yes. We can inspect any car from any state for MD. If it passes we can issue a certificate on the spot. The cost for inspection is $99. The document is valid for 90 days or 1000 miles.
