Superior, expert repair and service. The repair work done on my 30+ year old Onkyo M508 was phenomenal. Electronics Service Center's level of expertise with all name brand systems (from Onkyo/Integra to B&W and Harmon Kardon) are extraordinary. I never thought my 34 year old power amplifier would ever get its high level of performance restored to the original standards when I purchased it back in 1988 (AAFES--Okinawa). They do not purchase used equipment. Your best bet is to create a local Craigslist posting or sell through reverb.com Both work well.
As a customer who just walked in with a speaker, I don't think an appointment is needed.
