A manager's integrity issue ruined what could've been a satisfactory purchase transaction. Stay away from this dealer! A manager made a simple error in processing a document which resulted in requiring a new financing arrangement that would've cost me almost $2,000 more. Instead of apologizing for her failure, she proceeded to insult me by making up some fantastic stories about my bank and tried to make it sound like I didn't do what I was supposed to do. Great attitude ... blame someone else for your own gross negligence/incompetence. Anyhow, this was by far the most unique car buying experience in the past 22 years. Quite surprised that such thing happened at a MB dealer.

On the phone the person never asked anything about if we would need a loaner so we didn't request it, didn't know we should have. The service associate was not compassionate or sensitive when we arrived. His demeanor was unhelpful. We needed a loaner and they were out of them but he never offered any other assistance, except a loaner in a week which we scheduled. . Finally the service manager came to see why we were hanging around so long and offered us an Uber at least. In the end the service was good but the initial service associate needs some sensitivity training and when a person is obviously frustrated, he should turn them over to the Service Manager who was much better equipped to deal with a stressed out customer.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle today with the help of Liam and I was very happy with the experience. I believe I got a good deal and the experience was a positive one. After the deal was agreed upon, the business side with the help of Allen was also a very pleasant one; even though we had a bit of a snag with our bank handling their end of the processing (completely an external problem); Allen and Liam handled it very professionally and with understanding. I would happily return to purchase another vehicle in the future from this dealership.
