This place used to be nice and provided reliable service before pandemic, but something is seriously broken now. Work done is not being validated before returning to customers. My check battery light was on so went there and got the alternator replaced. Within couple of days after repair was on road with a disabled car without any power. Car needed to be towed to another center where they saw the cable from alternator was just hanging there without being properly connected, so it was never charging the battery. Got towing bill as well as battery replacement bill due to gross negligence at century auto…. Either they are so negligent that they don’t do any validation of their work anymore as a simple multimeter test could have shown if alternator was charging back the battery, or they are purposely doing these to earn more repair money from returning customers… Negligent or scamsters, my day was ruined an they have lost atleast one customer permanently…

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CENTURY AUTO SERVICE, and I strongly do not recommend SHELL AUTO SERVICE off of Wisteria Drive - they are unprofessional, unethical and HIGHLY OVERPRICED—— JBH

When I needed a trailer inspection that was time sensitive, they fit me in. They explained everything clearly and were supportive when issues with the trailer needed to be resolved. Their garage was neat and organized. Based on this experience, I plan to bring my vehicles to them in the future.
