Um we have a died skunk in the front of our apartment and you are not picking up

They have I think 24 hours to pick dead animal up. I called one day because I came upon a dead dog on a sidewalk as I was walking mine. Only to have the owner come out and say it was hers. I called animal control because the owner was not doing anything. I drove by 5 hours later. There was a trash bag on the sidewalk. I thought I hope that is not the dog. It was I called again I was told they have 24 hours.

You have to call them so they can come pick it up
