You can drive to the picnic areas by the large playground. Entrance on 23rd on the north side of the park (south of the golf course).
Yes, clean non gender specific restrooms Available thru exterior entrance of gift shop outside of main gates of the zoo
Yes, but be very wary and cautious. Drug paraphernalia and needles are all over them if it's been a couple days and City staff is cleaned up and if you ever see anyone hanging around the bathrooms don't go in. I mean I'm 6'8" 285 and some idiot tried mug me
Lots of street parking throughout the perimeter. You can also access lots off of 23rd Ave. and York street which put you over by the tennis courts.
Yes
Yeah, many people bring their pets here. There's also a water fountain near the river, but you will need to bring a bowl or container for your dog too drink from.
It's free if it's a small one pretty sure but you may want to check with the city in case of alcohol etc. Happy marriage!!
I'm not sure if there is free WIFI in the City Park. But there is inside the Museum of Nature and Science, in the surroundings.
It should be open after Memorial Day after 10 when its 60° or higher
