HOA is expensive and as far as I can tell doesn't do anything. The grass is dead and no-one is changing the light bulbs or checking the smoke detectors in the common areas. HOA is not interested in a smoke free community even after covid. Tired of waking up to bums sleeping under the stairs and seeing reports of cars getting stolen. Street racers start up around midnight and stay going until 3am. They say we have security but I haven't seen them. Water has been getting shut off pretty regularly with no warning ahead of time or given an explanation as to why. Do not move here. Harmony Management is a terrible company. The BBB agrees with me.

The HOA is a fortune, $350 a month. If you ever have an issue you'll never get a response. They will foreclose on you if you don't pay. They've locked me out of my online account for years and rarely send statements. These people are a nightmare. In the middle of my bankruptcy they even billed my mortgage company for unpaid charges. They don't want to help if you're struggling, they just want money and property. Predators.
