Doctor Malik I always thought as he being a very nice, knowledgeable caring doctor. However his front desk staff is seriously horrible. A week ago my husband was having severe pains. I first called the answering service which the doctor never called. I then called to set up and appt, supposedly they were full but could have a telephone appointment. Hours passed, no call..I called back they said he will call as soon as he is done with the patients. He never called. Mind you, my husband's situation was very serious. I almost called 911. Unfortunately we have no car or I would have just drove him to urgent care.

Dr. Malik is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. His front office employees leave a lot to be desired. Very rude and not helpful.

Primary care physician & kidney and overall a great doctor. Also brought on a NPH that is better than most doctors i have ever been to. Been a patient for about 3 yrs now and wouldnt think about switching. I just wish they saw children also so i could bring my daughter.
