Personally I would not I have heard it is a good match it just depends on the temperament of the pit bull it's a trial and error with the pit bull breed

I would highly recommend that you do not have them around each other. Guinea pigs are sensitive/fragile and a dog, no matter the size, may hurt them. It's too risky.
