Hello, 3 years ago we got our birth certificate for our son but country of residence now we are living is asking birth certificate with apostille. so do we need to again apply birth certifcate? we are now not located in USA.

Sounds like you are a foreigner or from another country trying to apply for citizenship I'm not sure about that
