Yes. They're $20. You receive it same day as long as your there by 2pm. Make sure you have an ID. You can pay by debit/ credit card, check, or money order. If you are using a credit card and you're getting someone else's birth certificate, the name that appears on the credit card has to be the one filing out the paperwork. Hope this helps!! Blessed be!!
