Yes, they are open. If you have a book on reserve that is ready for pickup, they do offer curbside pickup. If you are going inside, face masks are required.
You can either go in person but you have to wear a mask, call the library, or you can renew it online at their website DCLS(dot)org
Typically donations are held in the spring and fall.
The Library is closed all day on Monday, September 2.
I believe the official policy is no food or drink. However, I bring in bottles all the time and have never been stopped. I use my personal laptop though, I can see it being different if you're drinking over a public computer. But ultimately I wouldn't worry about it. Worst case they'll politely ask you to put it away.
