I had an appointment to renew my license and it took over an hour. Frustrating. The staff are friendly but this option is not faster than the DMV.

When I renewed my license at AAA, Merrill Road, we were on lockdown and Real ID was not available. I was told I could upgrade once things were opened again at no additional fee. I'm asking if that is possible now.

Yes but you now need a photo ID your old licence works and utility bill with your address and birth certificate.
