Staff called two days ago to ask if I was willing to reschedule my appt due to their issues and I was accommodating . Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control I ended up being 10 minutes late to my rescheduled appt today and they refused to take me. So much for being nice and accommodating to this office and staff. Lesson learned and warning to others. Find another office if possible, but regardless Do NOT be nice and accommodating to this staff / office, the courtesy will NOT be reciprocated !! They do NOT care about you!

Victoria Maxwell was completely unprofessional. I went in with severe back pain. She did not examine me at all. I left crying, and still in severe pain. Treated me as though I was med seeking, all because I am on a medication for alcohol maintenance. I told her I was concerned about returning to work this way. Basically told me to deal with it, and go home and “sit in a chair”. Told me if I was so concerned about my back, to go see my PCP. Then what is the point of urgent care and your services? This is not how you treat people. Waste of time. Charged a co pay, for what? To be belittled?

Was on hold for nearly 30 minutes to speak with someone today after being advised to call back first thing in the morning at 830 when they opened. Luckily I called a bit earlier hoping to get a jump on the line of callers, yet was still told I had a 39 minute wait to start. Once my wait time reached 8 minutes, I was hung up on and had to start the whole process again. I need a covid test asap in order to get back to work. I'm loosing wages, time and patience. Absolutely absurd.

Very professional staff, doctor was very helpful and listened to my concerns. I was seen quickly because I checked wait time before going. Definitely check on their website because wait time can be long. You also can make an appointment online which cuts the wait time.
