I went to the er ( again because I could not get an appointment) am I am glad I did for a condition I had been complaing about to my primary care for a while. They would not let me leave without an MRI which showed some important problems about my back ,they gave me some striods , told me I needed an referal to Nruro Surgen and told me to see my primary care within 7 days. So again I called for an app. and they said ( again ) we are booking out to the end of April ,I talked to the ogfice manager who said he would make the referal ,and gave me an app. for tomm. at 11:45 am - and just called and cancelled and can not see me untill April 26 , mind you I was in the er on May 24 and they told me within 7 days an now they want to push it till April 26 - I told them - don''t bother. I am now on the process of finding a new doctor. Lets see if that referal has been sent - taking all bets !

When they were in north Adams I had chipped my tooth and scheduled an appointment.. they had rescheduled and canceled my appointment s for a year and then moved to Pittsfield.. my fiance went there and the lady was so concerned about the radio she had failed to realize his tooth was in his throat. When he had left they didn't put gauze in.. there were multiple times I was disappointed. They also talked to each other about bringing home products from the office that were meant to stay there, to keep for themselves. Very disappointing. I hope since they have moved to Pittsfield,their staff has changed and are doing well. I now have anxiety and anger when going to the dentist because of my experiences at CHP. It is a shame.

The worst doctors office ever!!! Been fighting with them to get a doctors note for work for over two weeks and they can’t even do that right..they prescribe me diabetes medicine and it took him three days to get it straight so I can actually get it from the pharmacist..a absolute joke!!!!!
