I went to the Pittsfield Verizon to upgrade my Apple XR phone and perhaps purchasing an iPad. I was immediately greeted by the store manager who explained that there would be a little wait. About 20 minutes later Nick came to wait on me. I was treated in a courteous and professional manner. This salesperson must have spent an hour and a half explaining the promotions and showing me all the products that I might be interested in. Nick was patient, clear and thorough in his explanations and did not try to push merchandise. I walked out of the store with an iPhone 13 and an iPad. Additionally, the salesman transferred the data from my old iPhone onto the new one and even explained how to pair the new phone with my car. I would like to mention that my purchase at Verizon Pittsfield came after comparison shopping for these items on Long Island, T-Mobil, the Apple Store and at Verizon Lenox. My experience at Verizon Pittsfield was in sharp contrast to the treatment I got in Lenox where the prices kept on changing, and I was told that the promotions of the previous day were no longer in effect. I finally walked out of Verizon Lenox when I was told that I would need to pay $45.00 to transfer my data from one phone to another. I feel that I got the fairest deal and the most efficient and courteous customer service at Verizon Pittsfield.

This Verizon store is very well organized and run. I've never had an issue there and both the Sales and Technical folks are friendly and very well informed! No pushy sales pitches, they listen and when your done, they address anything and everything you could ever ask for about Cell phone's and their services.
