Hi Nicole. Thank you for your question. Berkshire Peak Apartments does not have an application fee. If you are interested in filling out an application, you can visit our office in person during regular business hours to pick one up. If you are not able to visit our office, we can coordinate the mailing of an application to a desired address. Once you have completed our application, please be sure to pass it back to our leasing team.
