I’ve been to several Quest facilities in the area. This one closest to my home has been the best experience! I’ve been to Quest Lake Elsinore, Mission Trail 3 times. Each time I’ve had the pleasure of Ashley drawing my blood! She is engaging and pleasant and makes the experience feel like I’m hanging out with a friend!b all other staff have also greeted me with a ‘have a good day’ as I leave! I’ve always been in and out soon after my scheduled appointment! Thank you Quest, and especially Ashley!

Wow I really wish I would have read all those reviews before trying to make appointment down here first of all the first place I talked two didn't do the test I needed and we here at this place and just like all the other comments, reviews, and remarks in this list staff don't seem very helpful if you get ahold of them you're greeted by a little tablet I can even get the thing to work right because of the saying I didn't have an appointment couple people came to the front but didn't acknowledge anybody but who they were calling! it is currently 10:28 in the morning on February the 3rd 22 and I'm leaving this place I don't even want to have a test here or make an appointment im going to go make one somewhere else.. at this point I don't really care about what money I lose out on gas nor time!!

They have the worst automated system for making an appointment. Where's my insurance covered LabCorp no hassle with scheduling online.

Very quick. I drive my grandparents here whenever they need to get their blood drawn. The kiosk is fast and the wait times are very reasonable. We've only ever waited 10 minutes or less to be seen by the phlebotomist. I've never had any blood drawn from here, but my grandparents really love the quick service.
