I believe they're still operating on an appointment-only basis for in person service. You can call or go on their website to request a copy (I believe all copies are certified) If identity theft is a concern, you may want to look into freezing credit.
Check the Department of Health website or contact the office in the morning. I obtained a certified replacement before Covid in the Harrisburg office with same day service. I am not sure if the pandemic has affected hours and operations.
