At the visitor center
You need to go to the service desk at the museum but yes you be able to do a auto tour for free the museum is $15 I really recommend is nice

App Store type in Gettysburg and a selection of audio tour apps will open up. One I used you had to pay $10 for the audio tour
There's also third party apps in the app store you can play on your phone.
You can download the app on your phone as far as the CD goes I'm not sure you can also get a map
