They do offer group discounts on package deals like bus tour & museum. I think 10 is a group but not 100% sure. We were only a group of 4 so we went to gift shop and bought this great audio tour CD for $30. Spent about 3 hours on 25 mile tour. Getting out of car to explore on the very hot day.
They have a package deal for the Cyclorama, Museum, and the movie "A new birth of Freedom" $15. Per person, if you're a Veteran there is a discount at the desk, other than that am not sure of any other way to save. The battlefield I found was nice just to drive along and see it, very exciting and educational, you'll have to drive through town but very well mapped out with markers/signs to guide you and that's FREE unless you choose to hire a guide and that can be very expensive. Hope this help.
Try a guided tour with a single credentialed guide. You will need a large vehicle for ten people. You can also get a chartered bus with a guide. Both will work.
If it's your frist time DO NOT DO A SELF TOUR. The reason is why is doing a guided tour will give youa great understanding of the battle. My suggestion is if you have a vehicle that everyone can get into hire a tour guide to take you around. The price is not much different and you can make it aslong or as quick as you want.
Definitely do the self tour. You can spend more or less time at each of the stops. It can take a while. So you might stop for lunch or dinner and then continue the tour. They have ranger shows that are free and interactive each last 30-60 minutes. My sons and I were just driving through so decided to stop and spend an hour visiting...6 1/2 hours later we rented s room because it was too late to go. You could spend weekend here easily. Enjoy.
The museum offers discount and package deals. A great vacation
