Tried both already. Was turned away at the store, and the live chat support is bogus, the agent was non-responsive, and wasn't helpful at all. What shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes was over hour with mostly waiting time. In the end the agent said he would open a ticket for me, and I provided my email address as requested not didn't receive any email with confirmation of ticket #. Horrible experience, still need to reach someone
You may visit your local Optimum /Suddenlink store with service /billing questions. Otherwise, there is currently only live chat support via the Altice Mobile website.
I would think you could just call Altice and ask for customer service. When I had an issue though I just went there and resolved it fairly quickl
