After a new Altice upgrade, a suddenly unresponsive remote, 2 hrs on customer service, trip to Cablevision for new remote, another 1.5 hrs on phone to be told I need a technician to house to fix. SIX DAYS until they can send someone. SERIOUSLY???!
I've been a customer for 17yrs. And they keep sending techs to fix the issues charge $80 each time yet nothing gets fixed. There horrible. Switching to Verizon!
