With Altice its very simple say you are moving to another carrier and they will waive it completely. Remember that they are in competition and having issues with other competitors 👍 You are valued as an educated consumer. Them waiving and retaining you as a consumer in the long run profits them 🤑 #donttakemymoney 🛑
If this is the first time it happened, They may credit half the fee. They're going to say you ordered it from your remote. If that dosen't work you can always get the BBB involved. They get things done quick.
