Many times my husband or I have waited a crazy amount of time for an order placed online. This has always been for the most basic order like a bagel and cream cheese or bagel and egg whites. Walk-in orders are unfairly prioritized. After today, I think we're finally ready to stop patronizing this deli.

Don’t usually write reviews, but after seeing that I am not the only one with a few bad experiences, I felt I’d share my 1 Star!! Deli’s & Bagel places in our neighborhood are plentiful, the short haired woman who seems to have the worst ‘Manic Energy’ and is the manager is rude as can be, staff is retarded in the true meaning of the word, Slow!! Its like the resource room in there, with all the competition they will be the next small biz to close up!! Also FIX YOUR PARKING LOT, the pot holes are worse then the roads!!!!!
