The worst service ever! I had an appointment for 8 am - 11 am and the technician showed up and called and said they don’t service my area without actually coming into my apartment building. When I said I wanted the service cancelled they told me to call customer service I had to call 4 different times to get them to cancel the service that they never provided according to them. They were rude , unprofessional , and lazy all around! Find a different service provider because they are not it !

I too am having a hard time getting anyone to call me or reply to my emails. I just wanted to advertise on the channel, and I provided the information and was told sales would get back to me. I called back 3 times and sent and email, but I received no response. And, talking to a human being was like mission impossible.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would!! Worst customer service ever. I honestly don’t know how these people are still in service. All their employees do is waste your time transferring you from dept to dept or hanging up the phones. If you don’t like your job just quit. People pay money for their services so if we have an issue it should be resolved instead of being hung up on or given attitudes. You ask to speak to a manager and they either hang up the phone give you more attitude or put you on hold then click. No one is doing anything about this and it is very ridiculous !! I’ve had an on going issue since Tuesday, it is now Friday and my issue is still not resolved. But to take the money out of my account there was no issue there.

After a new Altice upgrade, a suddenly unresponsive remote, 2 hrs on customer service, trip to Cablevision for new remote, another 1.5 hrs on phone to be told I need a technician to house to fix. SIX DAYS until they can send someone. SERIOUSLY???!
With Altice its very simple say you are moving to another carrier and they will waive it completely. Remember that they are in competition and having issues with other competitors 👍 You are valued as an educated consumer. Them waiving and retaining you as a consumer in the long run profits them 🤑 #donttakemymoney 🛑

The local stores do not have people you can reach on the phone. If you're looking to file a complaint you need to request a supervisor who will then forward it up. It depends on what you're looking to accomplish.
I am only a customer but from my experience I would suggest going to the office in person and have it straightened out on the spot. That's what we did after getting no where on the phone. Hope this helps
From past experience I would advise going there in person and get paperwork proving you cancelled service and returned your phone. I personally have had no problems with the service or the phones I purchased but have found that it is better to go in person if there is a problem. This way the problem should be solved before you leave the building
Tried both already. Was turned away at the store, and the live chat support is bogus, the agent was non-responsive, and wasn't helpful at all. What shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes was over hour with mostly waiting time. In the end the agent said he would open a ticket for me, and I provided my email address as requested not didn't receive any email with confirmation of ticket #. Horrible experience, still need to reach someone
