It's literally on a dock but, they have an inside. Space is fairly small so it'll get crowded quick. It'll be cold getting there but, once your inside u should be fine. Prepare for a possible wait though.

It's on a dock along the East River in NYC, there's indoor and outdoor seating the weather can be damp in NYC so check the weather report for that day or go there to see if it's to your liking, other eateries in area
