I'm assuming you're referring to the size which goes by the number of guest you may have. You will need to call them. It will be a price difference
What do you mean can you change room? During our visit, the first pod given to us the heat wasn't working correctly and they tried switching the heater. When that still didn't work, they allowed us to switch to a warmer pod; if this is what you are referring too
