I visited because Oktoberfest is at Pier 15 haha It's just like a local festival, but there's a night view spot right in front of it. Recommended if you are visiting for fun!!

An excellent waterfront location and comfortable tables. Free table tennis facilities provide friendly feelings among guests. Tapped CBs are excluded from happy hour prices.

You CAN bring your kids, but I wouldn't suggest it. It's an alcohol related event, I wouldn't want my children at this event to say the least it's pretty much a beerfest
They're heated by a personal sized space heaters so as long as you're dressed warmly it should work
No! There is nothing more than difficult to find street parking in lower Manhattan...lol

Decent place but yes I would consider it expensive. Not the best choice if your on a tight budget.

It's literally on a dock but, they have an inside. Space is fairly small so it'll get crowded quick. It'll be cold getting there but, once your inside u should be fine. Prepare for a possible wait though.
