Says Oktoberfest is fun for the entire family but Eventbrite says 21 years and older. Can I bring my kids during the afternoon?

You CAN bring your kids, but I wouldn't suggest it. It's an alcohol related event, I wouldn't want my children at this event to say the least it's pretty much a beerfest
