I'd strongly advise you to look anywhere else! Crime is terrible here and they do absolutely nothing to even try to prevent it. I have a police report to prove management's negligence and unwillingness to cooperate with police. I work in the industry and know there are so many better management companies and properties in the buckhead area that actually care about their resident's safety and wellbeing.
I didn't think it was that bad at first, either. See my review. The low rating is warranted. Stay away.
I agree with the negative comments. I currently live in the mid-rise and it is absolutely AWFUL. It's so noisy and always smells like weed. Management calls you a liar when you report noise at 5am even though the concierge manager verified the noise and you have video proof. For anyone saying it's not so bad, I invite you to spend the night in my master bedroom... You'll be singing a different tune.

Not really so bad. Convenient location. I visit my gf there. Just a lot of complainers. Not very many good places to walk your dog though.
