DO NOT LEASE HERE. It's the projects trying to charge luxury prices. I have not even been here a full year- someone had been shot/killed out front in their car, there was a dead body on the 19th floor last week, my car was broken into last December, my neighbor had his car stolen a few days ago, they have ROACHES and when you try to talk to the managers about anything... that's an epic fail. Take my advice - LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Yes! Simply click on the Apply Now button on the community page you’re interested in and then it’s as easy as following the instructions.

I'd strongly advise you to look anywhere else! Crime is terrible here and they do absolutely nothing to even try to prevent it. I have a police report to prove management's negligence and unwillingness to cooperate with police. I work in the industry and know there are so many better management companies and properties in the buckhead area that actually care about their resident's safety and wellbeing.
