Property is beautiful. Naveanna she is such a sweetheart when I toured with her she was very knowledgeable about the property and the area. I will be moving here soon as my lease is up. Definitely 5 stars. ❤️

I am a current resident and am very perplexed by the complete lack of concern and interest in rectifying any issue (especially issues that are causing health concerns) in a timely manner. In response to the recent review that mentioned the disgusting, dirty air filter, I am facing a similar situation. I have lived here for nearly a year and my air filter has never been changed once. Three weeks ago maintenance stopped by for “preventative maintenance”, but their “universal key” for the HVAC closets did not unlock my door. I have made EIGHT attempts in the last three weeks to see when these repairs will be completed. I even offered calling a locksmith to complete the repairs myself, but was told not to do so. Considering that the key does not work for my HVAC closet and the office staff is making zero attempts to schedule a locksmith, I am unsure as to if my air filter has ever been changed in the 4+ years since this complex was built. I have made it known that the unchanged air filter is causing me to experience respiratory issues. The complete lack of communication and interest in my situation is beyond frustrating. It is sad that I have to resort to posting a review in hopes of having this issue solved. To Broadstone- I have tried communicating with your manager, so I do not want a comment stating, “Our manager would like to discuss this with you.” I want an email in writing that firmly states when these repairs will be completed (including putting my screen door, which was removed 2+ months ago for window cleaning, to be put back on my window). In addition, other previous issues have included, package theft, fobs not working for the building, elevator being down for multiple months, and more. Broadstone Midtown could and should hold themselves to higher standards if they want to continue to attract and retain residents. I will add that I do appreciate how friendly and kind the maintenance team and cleaning ladies are.
