For the super excellent seats, can someone buy multiple tickets with one credit card, and do I have to be the owner of the credit card to enter the concert?

As long as it scans at the door then it doesn't matter. I've gone to multiple shows there and they never require an ID to match the name on the tickets

I attended a show with transferred tickets I bought through Craigslist and their name was on the ticket, no questions asked and no issues from the staff.

I believe at least one person attending must be the person who purchased the tickets.

I bought 4 super excellent seat tickets recently. As long as all ticket holders are accompanied by the ticket purchaser, you will be fine.
