I am sure you can but I wouldn't recommend it for someone under 4 or 5 but there is other tours you can take
IMO, those children are too young. It's surprisingly cool, noisey (the tour is via narrow gauge railroad) and participants must strattle a single narrow seat running the length of the rail cars. Quite dark, scarey in a fun way. But if a child is not mature enough yet to seperate fantasy from reality it could do real psychological damage. Especially because once on the train the only practical way out is another train, bumping, banging and screeching included. That said, IF they're ready, it's better than Disneyland.

You can take young children in the tour. It is dark, so you might want to consider that before taking children who are afraid of the dark. Also contact the mine directly for ticket info.
