My boyfriend and I spent a weekend here and for the most part enjoyed our stay. The location is great, it's close to the restaurants and shopping. The room we had was very spacious with a kitchen. My only gripe about the room is the dusty floors, we walked around barefoot and the bottom of our feet ended up very dirty. An easy fix to have housekeeping to sweep and mop between stays. It had probably been several weeks since the floors were mopped.

My wife and I prefer staying at authentic/local hotels instead of chains and San Ramon did not disappoint. The room was spotless, very nicely decorated, and the view of the street below was gorgeous. Highly recommend.

First of all, Bisbee is a dump. If it is part of your route, just keep driving. Second of all, we drove in circles (and it is a very small place), trying to find the hotel and its parking lot. Spoiler alert: THERE IS NO PARKING!! We did check into our room and we could hear the voices on the street down below through the window. We decided that Bisbee was not for us and asked to check out the next morning, cutting a day off our stay. Most hotels will honor this request and only charge you for the night stayed. NOT THE SAN RAMON! Even though they had 24 hours notice, they said there would be no refund, not even a partial refund. The girl at the desk said she would have a manager call me to discuss. This never happened. I have called several times, and no one answers. I have left several voice mail messages, and no manager returns my call. So here we are. Seriously, if your travel route includes Bisbee, keep on driving, and avoid this thieving hotel like the plague.
