EThe people that work here are extremely friendly and helpful. And the location isn't far from the best parts of Scottsdale, but it isn't necessarily the best area of Scottsdale. However it is way better than most motels I have seen in Phoenix in general.

Budget friendly. Comfy beds and clean. No frills and I preferred that anyway! Mini fridge and microwave and coffee maker in room. Onsite pay laundry available.

The rooms are worn & old. The beds are uncomfortable. The floors are wood so they stay dirty. The house keeping crew (when I was there) were an old lady and 2 teenage girls. I hope they wipe their butts better than they clean rooms. It's a "hit or miss" with the managers mood. The high price is because it's in Scottsdale. IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Very good customer service, clean rooms, no traffic noise! When we arrived, there was a mix up and we were given a room with 2 queen beds instead of the king we reserved. It was late and there was no room with a king available for that first night. The lovely woman at the front desk was so caring she actually comped the night! We got the king room the next day. Those are the reasons for the high rating. That being said,, the rooms definitely show some wear and tear, and, unfortunately, still have that cigarette smell lingering from years past. And the "queen" beds are technically full size beds (about 10" narrower). Still, we were very happy with what we got at the price point.
