I was attending a conference there for several days and the resort was beautiful and the staff were very helpful

Bar/restaurant staff added drinks and food to my bill, so please everyone check your itemized bills before you sign them. I asked the waitress to correct it, but she was so clueless she gave me a new bill which was also incorrect. I left a note which items are not mine and I was hoping that management will contact me and correct it. Nothing happened. I won't be back
Are your gondola rides currently going? Also, is there live music in the bar on Saturday evening still? Thank you!

I was just there over New years and the gondola rides were not open. They had live music once while we were there but it wasn't very good. Most of the time they just have music playing loudly in the lobby and courtyard area

Yes well to me the sand area we're the water is shallow is great for that age they have a treasure chest full of toys for lil one's to bulid sand castle an more. Best part is they have sand chairs so you can move chairs to you're comfort in the water or sand. To be comfortable next you're child while they play.
There was a restaurant that my wife and I went too called the sandelo is that still there?

There are many hotels near there the rates vary due to occupancy you need to contact the hotel and ask them if they have a lot of vacancy's it cost less the fuller they are the more expensive there is a range on every room they rent.
That have a Lobby sign you need to check it though because they put it up and I can change regarding the Bands and or single act I've known it to say XYZ band is playing I go in there and the ABC band is playing so sometimes they just don't play close attention to staff itself it's always a Kick-Ass band though
We are seeing Mindi Abair in November at Fountain Court.. This venue is outdoors and I wanted to know what type of security you will be having at this event, inside and out.
