Ive never heard of them charging any kind of cover... I reccomend getting a room for a super special night or just buy some drinks and they will treat you like family! Great friendly people on staff there, I have stayed there on 3 occasions and everything was above expectations every time! (Including the live music!)
No payment required. You have to pay for parking but you can get that validated by purchasing drinks/food in the center stage lobby.
