Reading over the other reviews, I can see that I got lucky! LOL My secondary fridge died on a holiday weekend Friday and I got a replacement for cheap ($150) and delivered RIGHT THEN (after 5pm). Amazing! I spoke with Rod and he was very nice. These folks don't have a website and work via FB (with a fake account), so you shouldn't have high expectations. They do offer a 6 mo warranty for parts, so there's that. They are cash only as well, so keep that in mind when you buy something. Cash = no recourse. I'd say for used appliances, they are perfectly fine, but I wouldn't spend a lot here. They are a cash only, FB centric business, so take it all with a grain of salt. Use your head, check the item when it is delivered, hope it goes well! I'm just happy that I got lucky and the cheap fridge works just fine. Rod has my vote for used appliances and exercise equipment!

WORST SERVICE EVER. DEFINITELY GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. SOLD ME A BROKE WASHING MACHINE FOR 300$ & never gave me a new one !!! Do not SHOP here. !

Very very poor customer service. The Samsung family Hub I received from this business has had multiple issues and has not been fixed for the past six months. I have tried reaching them every day to schedule a service. The owner does not reply to the phone calls and it is very unprofessional.
