I highly recommend it hey begin to help customers who are just purchasing boxes quickly. Waiting over 30 minutes to purchase a few boxes. Not good

Terrible customer service, I purchased 5 bundles of boxes and the guy at the counter told me I can use an orange cart to help me out, he didn't even offer to help me. The bundles are heavy and awkward and I scratched up my arms lifting them onto the cart and then again to put them in my SUV.

Some of the best customer service I’ve received in general. Kendall was super helpful and friendly and ensured I had 0 issues whatsoever. I will definitely be coming back in the future.!

I was having a trailer hitch installed. The guy who scheduled my appointment and was supposed to do the install was not at work the day he made the appointment so someone else did it. They told me it would be an hour. I waited for 2 and a half. If they would have been honest with the time frame I would have made sure I had a ride back to work. Now I lost out on hours because they wanted to under estimate the time it would take. Not impressed at all.

Yes you should be able to
Where you located
Prices for in town are posted on the U-Haul site. The price is the local daily rate, ranging from 19.99 per day to 39.99 per day, mileage for in-town is limited and you will need to return the truck with the same amount of fuel as when you left the U-haul lot. Additional mileage (29 cents a mile)and fuel charges(U-Haul charges 5.50 per gallon if you don't return at the agreed fuel level) Weekly rates are alao available. For one-way always call or get an online rep for pricing. Hope this helps 😉
As long as the app is downloaded and used to complete the return.
You’re probably looking at a 15’ truck. With trailer, that’s about $2500 + gas, etc. Look into U-haul U-box. Might save you $1500 in the long run.
I believe so.
Can see on their website... But what i saw is $126 for truck then pay for mileage.
