I stored my stuff here for three years while I was in college. I never had a negative experience. The manager is an awesome guy! Super helpful! Never got any BS from him or anyone. I had my account set up on autopay and I never had any issues with payments. If the price went up (and it only did once in three years), I was notified in advance with an explanation as to why. Billing was always consistent. Never had any issues with the gate. The unit gets really hot in the summer because it's outdoors in Redding. In the three years I was there, I never had one issue. Even through Covid, never had an issue or an interruption in services. I cannot speak highly enough of the place and the gentleman running it. He is very respectful and takes pride in his job. Great business!

Facilities are clean, secure, quiet and well kept. Right off the highway so easily accessible. But from my personal experience, the manager that runs the place is a major part of why I'll rent from this storage facility anytime the need arises. His customer service is top tier. To me it feels like he truly cares about the customers experience. Made every step of the process smooth and easy and when I had to unexpectedly move out due to unforeseen circumstances he was understanding and even refunded the rent paid for the month, which posted k back to my card before I even got out of the office, even without the required move out notice. I'll definitely be a customer for as long as I'm in the area and I definitely recommend this place to anyone whos in need. TO THE MANAGER- If you see this sir, thank you again.

Management seems very nice and easy to work with. The storage units are spacious and clean. Not much more you can ask from a storage facility. However, on one of our storage units the ring on the locking mechanism was broken making it very difficult to get a padlock in and out of it. When reserving a unit just he sure to check it latches shut to where you can securely attach a lock.

This is the most awesome storage facility that I have ever had the pleasure of keeping my items in! Huge, super tall storages. Super clean, well kept grounds & facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. The guy that runs this place (Butch) doesn't let ANYTHING get by him. I feel as if I could leave my storage unlocked & I wouldn't worry a bit. Only thing I would say is maybe less than ideal is that the spacing is pretty tight so if you aren't confident pulling a trailer or driving a larger vehicle through tight spots ~ u might find yourself in a pinch. Other than that ~ TOP NOTCH. Would recommend this business a hundred times over. 😀

I have a unit there and have been very satisfied. I have always received satisfactory positive attention when entering the office and have had my queries answered. I believe the staff to be quite delightful. Maybe your heightened intellectual wording was too much for them?
I would say that you need to know this. Apparently you are not sure of what Locker you are in and it seems like you are going to have somebody else go and cut a lock off that Locker. I would make sure that you first understand this, if it is not your locker and you cut someones lock off, then you can be arrested for breaking into somebody else's area. This facility is fully covered in high resolution cameras and they will be caught and arrested. Also if it is your lock and your locker you still have to have a manager cut the lock off it as you are not allowed to cut your own lock off. I would suggest that you speak with Butch the manager on Tuesday morning to both verify what Locker is yours and confirm the this Wesley Person is allowed in the locker and to make a formal request to have your lock removed.
