Pulled in there today needed to have my security system checked out on my st glide figured id have to make appt but no they took my bike right in found the problem fixed it , also found and pointed out an exhaust leak didnt no i had fixed that and tightened my shifter great job and great service thanks Big Moose

I was in Maine for a graduation and stopped at Big Moose to have a look around. It was a fantastic visit. All of the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would have liked to look around more but I had to catch my plane home. I did have time to get a t-shirt and challenge coins though. Next visit to Maine I will make sure to visit here first!

I want to say I was beyond happy with the purchasing process. First of all I love the no pressure and they take their time to thoroughly explain any questions you have in a very experienced and professional manner. They took me around to all the different departments of their store and all was incredible employees, you could tell all know very well what the specialized in. Thank you all for the experience!!! Also a very nice set up and selection of bikes!!
