I was unfortunately a patient here for 6 years - only stayed because my ex-husband used the same practice. Completely unprofessional. They do not care about you at all; and will not go into full exam with you. They will not ask permission before touching you, even in private areas. They do not care about your health; they only want money.

I'm a bit surprised at all the negative reviews, as my experiences here for the last two years have been almost entirely positive. Yes, now that the pandemic has been winding down there are definitely long wait times to reach someone, but if you call anywhere else, it is almost impossible to become a new patient anywhere (my boyfriend has been trying), so Intermed is not the only one who has been swamped in the recent months. Even with a controlled substance, I find the prescription process simple (especially with their new app) and relatively seamless. My only negative thing, which sounds silly, is that the waiting music is absolutely INFURIATING! It is always the same song, which honestly wouldn't be so terrible, but literally every 2 seconds that the music plays, there are intervals of a horrible scratching static sound. So you hear peaceful piano music for 2-3 seconds, and then the music cuts out completely to static, then another 2-3 seconds of music before the next one....it drives me absolutely ISANE, especially with the long wait times now, and I don't know who to talk to about this!! I wish I knew if anyone else experienced this!

I am only giving them a 1 star because there is no option for a 0 star(s). My physician is amazing. This practice needs some serious help. This place is great if you like waiting over 10-15m on hold before you can talk to someone. Then they transfer you after you press 2 for an appointment. To make that appointment. Then wait another 8m. My husbands and I insurance just changed. At the front desk I filled out all the paperwork and gave them my new insurance info. Asked if they needed a photo copy. The receptionist said "You're all set". Two days later I get a call for billing saying they need my new insurance paperwork? I called back waited over 15m for billing to answer. Gave them my information again. Thought we were good. About 3 months later I get a notice saying "Your bill has been sent to collections"! Now I have a ding on my credit report for something I had no idea about. And it's all because of staff incompetence's. That's just the beginning. Once you are there, they can't wait for you ta leave. They rush you out the door. They don't fix or cure anything. Essentially, they're just a referral station. Stomach problem, referred to a Gastro. Foot issue. Referred to an orthopedic! If you need more than a band aid. You'll be referred to another practice, and still deal with Intermed. This is by far one of the worst places I have ever dealt with! Just like any BIG COORPERATION, their left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. And you'll be the one too pay the price. Not them. They could care less about you and your financial or well being. You're just a number. Honestly, you are nothing but a number and a dollar sign here! I would 100% suggest a private practice or private physician. Stay away! You've been warned! I hope everyone at Intermed gets a chance to read this.

The people at intermed, unlike some other places I've been really want to be there and help their patients. From the front counter to my doctor I feel as if staff genuinely want to help. Zach Smith, my primary care doctor is awesome. I work in construction so I appreciate he can give me the info straight up without any overly soothing 'doctor talk' as I call it. I told him to talk to me like House MD does, shocking as it was he didn't know what that show was, hopefully he'll have watched my by the time I need a physical again in a couple years!

Hello. Are you asking about our Marginal Way location? There are wheelchairs in the elevator lobbies off the parking garage. Hope that helps!
