I stayed at this hotel about two weeks ago and I really enjoyed it, the room and the hotel are well kept. The breakfast was great and the front desk receptionist, I believe her name was Ruby, was so sweet and informative about the restaurants near by. Great experience overall will definitely come back.

Pool felt dirty and gross, the hot tub didn't even work and was a green color. The a/c was so loud it kept me awake, our toilet flooded very easily, and when we asked for room service to help clean, we were told that they had all gone home. Breakfast was free and good but had the same options everyday. Overall, would not recommend especially for the price.

We stayed at this location with our sports team for a tournament we had in the area. I understood because of covid, the hotel does not go in and clean the rooms. Yet, you are able to request them to take out trash or for clean towels, this did not happen even after requested multiple times. The hotel is older and it needs some updates for the price to make sense. The elevator rattled our room all day and night. Other team parents said they could hear it further down the hall as well. When our ac would turn on, it was so loud that it would wake us up, when the compressor was on it would vibrate the beds a little. If the bathroom door was closed it would rattle very loudly from the a/c unit as well. Hard to get a good nights sleep and for multiple days breakfast was the same options besides bacon or sausage and it was horrible. I feel this was over priced for the quality. I would recommend to stay somewhere else for the price you pay here.

Stayed on a stay and play hockey tournament, otherwise we would have gone to another hotel. Our a/c in our room was so loud, you could hear it rattle from the parking lot. No clean towels, we were on day 3 before they had some to spare. Asked for an extra blanket, got a crusty blanket at first, the next night they had a different one for us. Staff was nice, but owners or management don’t provide them with the resources. Our room wasn’t clean even though it was requested. 4 long days here. Never again. Breakfast wasn’t awesome but not terrible.
