Never again to this place. I stay at hotels pretty frequently, however I have never encountered such a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism like I did with one of the front desks employees (Tayler). We were attending a conference here and the resort was expecting large volumes, however it was obvious that they have not made any advanced planning or arrangements to facilitate the arrival and check in of the conference attendees. Check In was delayed and they kept promising that they will text us when a room becomes available. After it was 7pm, I checked again and the front desk said it was my fault because they have been texting “my partner”. I told the rude employee that I wasn’t with any partners and they obviously made a mistake with the check In despite taking my ID to confirm my name. He gave me a room and reassured me that noone will have access to it expect myself, however upon entering it, the room was occupied with people, which was extremely unprofessional and a disastrous mistake from the front desk. They finally gave me another room literally next to a party as if I was being punished by the front desk employee (Tayler). Zero apologies, zero effort to hold responsibility. Never again here and will make sure to communicate with our conference organizers to never consider this place again because all of us were waiting in lines today after 5pm to get a room. The rooms were old and in bad need for renovations. Location and outdoors were the only highlights.

Amazing place, so far my favorite resort. It’s very clean very very friendly staff. The rooms are nice and the restaurant on site is very very good and huge portions. The pool…..AMAZING… I love the walk in salt water pool, the pool side bar and grill…A++‼️ The cabana’s are really nice as well. I absolutely recommend staying here! Also love the outdoor patio, the tables are very large and really romantic setting for outdoor dinner❗️

Between the first greeting from Brad, front desk with Gates, bar with Gabe, poolside with Cal, this place has it all. Good food, service and rooms!

This place is a bit tired, but the people are great. Just a heads up - if they try to give you room 285 - refuse! It feels like a jail cell, the window looks out onto a cement wall that’s only about 10 feet away (you can see a little patch of sky if you look up) and it is right next to a noisy elevator that fills the room with a loud hum every two or three minutes. I feel like they are trying to get me to confess to something. The front desk says they have nothing else for me.
