My wife scheduled an appointment for both of us. After driving one hour to the appointment I was told by the front desk that my wife had called in and canceled. The front desk never checked or verified who was canceling.....they just assumed and cancel our appointment. The front desk stuck to their guns blaming us for the problem never taking any responsibility for the mistake. Very poor customer service with the front office staff. On a positive note...…the doctor was very nice....met with me for 5 min and apologized for the error. Unfortunately, when I got back up to the front I was again told by the staff that it was my fault. I was embarrassed and belittled so I schedule another appointment...….after talking to my wife and hearing from the person that referred us.....I then called the office back and canceled. It made me wonder how many other Michael's got canceled from my call. :-)

I visited and got treatment for my severe migraine that I have been suffering since 2008. Before seeking Dr. Ahn, I tried different treatment and I do not like it to keep taking pain reliever for my condition all the time. So when one of my friends recommended Dr. Ahn, I made a reservation right away and everyone was very accommodating on my schedule. Dr. Ahn is my kinda specialist that listens well and pay attention to your problems/pain. After an avaluation, Dr. Ahn explained how the treatment will be and the cost. I think his fee is very reasonable. I can't thank him enough for treating my severe migraine and gives me a big relief all day.

I feel blessed to have chosen Dr Ahn’s clinic. He is such an experienced acupuncturist, & he sets you totally at ease. His fee is the same, no matter what issue he is dealing with, so you know exactly what to expect at checkout. I always leave the office feeling better than when I came in, & looking forward to my next appointment. Dr Ahn is the best in his field.
